Jess is a coach, justice-oriented facilitator, community organizer, and artist who holds integrity, authenticity, and vulnerability at the center of her work and life. 

Jess Dervin-Ackerman (she/they) works with entrepreneurs, coaches, nonprofits, and businesses to create inclusive, compassionate, and human-centered organizational cultures. With deep roots in community and activism, she spent 15 years building people-powered campaigns to create an equitable, just, and connected future for people and the planet.

Jess lives in Paonia, Colorado with her pup Daffodil and spends her time enjoying awesome humans, local food, making pottery, hiking, camping, soaking in hot springs, & star gazing. She is a member of Paonia Clayworks Collective and on the board of the North Fork Valley Creative Coalition.
